UPS SHIPPING INSURANCE covers damage and loss of goods purchased.

UPS Premium Shipping provides the following advantages:

INSURANCE

Your order is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. However, damages in transit cannot be completely excluded. In this case we ask you to please send us digital photos of the damage via e-maill, not later than 5 days after receipt,  stating your invoice number. Then,  we will arrange the return of the goods with you and do our best to send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

TRACKING ON-LINE

As soon as a parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an automatic notification by e-mail informing you of the delivery date and all relevant information for tracking the parcel. This way you always know the exact location of your merchandise and have time to prepare for the arrival of your lamp.
